Immunology Product Documentation¶
Documentation covering Solarbio immunology products for protein detection, antibody-based assays, and immunohistochemistry applications.
Scope¶
Solarbio immunology products cover the full spectrum of protein detection and immune function analysis used in academic research, clinical diagnostics, and biopharmaceutical development. All products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 quality systems with lot-specific Certificates of Analysis.
Why Choose Solarbio Immunology Products¶
- ELISA kits validated with intra-assay CV <10% and inter-assay CV <15% across all lot sizes
- Antibodies tested by Western blot, IHC, and IF for each lot with specific band patterns documented
- IHC detection systems optimized for both manual and automated staining platforms
- Extensive cross-reactivity data provided for all ELISA kit lots
- Competitive pricing: 35–50% below major brands (R&D Systems, BioLegend, Abcam)
- All antibodies supplied with lot-specific COA including concentration, purity (SDS-PAGE), and recommended dilutions

Quality Control Testing¶
Each lot of immunology reagent undergoes comprehensive QC:
- ELISA kits: Calibrator recovery (90–110%), precision (CV <10% intra, <15% inter), linearity of dilution (80–120% recovery), spike recovery in relevant matrices, and cross-reactivity panel testing
- Antibodies: SDS-PAGE under reducing/non-reducing conditions, Western blot validation using positive control lysates, IHC optimization on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue controls, and lot-to-lot consistency verification
- IHC detection systems: Sensitivity verification using known positive tissue controls, background assessment on negative tissue controls, and stability testing at 37°C for 7 days (accelerated aging)
